Here comes a new character, even though the other two recurring characters have not been named yet…
In August of 2023, in an attempt to get my excuse-making ass in gear and finally jump head-first into a lifelong dream of making comics, I cracked open a composition book, and SCREAMish was born.
It was a goofy comic strip centered around Sally and a masked maniac, Murder Face, obsessed with her. It spoofed the successful 1996 slasher, Scream and poked fun at the horror genre.
It ran from August to November of 2023, and I intended to reboot SCREAMish in January of 2024 as a webcomic in color. But that never happened.
Instead, Spider Barks launched in March 2024.
Now that we approach Halloween, the best time of the year, I’ve decided to merge Murder Face into Spider Barks.
So I hope you enjoy this jackass as much as I love drawing him!
